Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with MakaanPlan. If you are not happy with your subscription for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund process.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Studio) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first payment only. Subsequent renewal charges are subject to the standard refund policy below.

Standard Refund Policy (After 30 Days)

After the 30-day window, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis. We will consider refunds in the following circumstances:

  • A technical failure on our part prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period.
  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription (billing error).
  • Duplicate charges due to a payment processing error.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Partial months — subscriptions are billed monthly and we do not pro-rate cancellations.
  • Annual plan renewals after the 30-day window.
  • Usage of AI features, 3D renders, or PDF exports already consumed.
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@makaanplan.com with:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The date of purchase and the amount charged.
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful).

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy, our payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing portal (Account → Billing → Manage Subscription). Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund alongside cancellation, contact us at the email above.

After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan.
