Guests at the front, family behind
What 10 marla buys over 5 is separation. The drawing room (20 × 13 ft) sits directly behind the car porch, with the foyer and a guest bathroom beside it, so visitors can be received, seated and shown to a bathroom without entering the family's part of the house. Behind that, a band 16 ft deep holds the living room, kitchen and family lounge across the full 35 ft width.
The kitchen in the middle
Putting the kitchen between the living room and the family lounge keeps it close to both, but it leaves the kitchen with no outside wall and so no window. In this climate that means heat and cooking smells with nowhere to go. There are two honest fixes: swap the kitchen with the family lounge so it gets the outer wall, or keep it where it is and budget for a ventilation shaft and an exhaust fan from the start.
A bedroom wing without an ensuite
The four bedrooms share the back of the plot around a 5 ft passage, well away from the road. The master (14 × 12 ft) is the same size as Bedroom 3, and neither has its own bathroom: two shared bathrooms serve all four. Bedroom 2, like the kitchen, sits between other rooms and has no window. For most families the first edit is to give the master a bathroom of its own, taking the space from Bedroom 2.
Parking
The porch is 20 ft wide but only 8 ft deep. That holds one car parked parallel to the road, not two side by side, which would need about 15 ft of depth. If two cars matter, the porch has to grow into the drawing room, and that trade is worth making on paper before anyone quotes you for a slab.

Where 10-marla plans usually lose space
Three mistakes come up again and again. The first is an oversized drawing room: 18 × 16 or 20 × 16 ft, taken from every other room. About 15 × 13 ft seats guests comfortably, and this plan's 20 × 13 ft drawing room is the obvious place to win back 5 ft. The second is having no utility space: a 6 × 6 ft room behind the kitchen for washing, ironing and storage costs almost nothing on paper and a great deal to add later. The third is a corridor running the full length of the house. At 4 ft wide on a 65 ft plot, that is 260 sq ft, over a tenth of the land, given to walking.
How the road side changes the plan
In Pakistan's climate the sun matters more than the view. With the road on the south, the car porch and veranda on that side shade the rooms behind them from the hottest sun. With the road on the east, the bedrooms end up facing west and take the evening heat, so plan cross-ventilation for them. With the road on the north, the front of the house is the coolest side, and living rooms can face it comfortably.
Settle these before anyone draws
Single storey or G+1? If a second floor is ever likely, the staircase belongs in the first drawing. How many cars? One car parks in a porch about 10 × 20 ft, two need roughly 20 × 20 ft, and that difference reshapes the front of the house. Do you need a servant quarter? It usually sits near the utility area, apart from the family rooms. Do parents or in-laws need their own entrance? A separate door with a small lobby changes the whole ground floor.
